Turkey is included in the ”Upper middle income” countries.
The registration fees includes attendance at all scientific sessions, coffee breaks, lunch, including opening ceremony and cocktail,congress credentials, certificate of attendance and VAT.
The registration form should be filled out and forwarded along with the credit card details or bank draft to the Congress Bureau before 15th August 2012 to be considered as an early registration.

All the bank transfers should be made payable to Visitur Travel and Tourism Inc.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

For cancellations made till 15 AUGUST 2012, 20% of total payment will be refunded.
For cancellations made after 15 AUGUST 2012, no refund will be made.
All cancellations must be notified in writing by e-mail, fax or mail to the Congress Bureau.
All refunds will be processed after the Congress.
