Istanbul has a wide choice of accommodation available for all budgets in the areas that are at short distance from the conference venues.

What you will find in this page are the hotels with which Visitur, our Conference Secretariat, has made an agreement and that offer a promotional price during the conference period.

In case you choose one of the accommodation options listed below, please write directly the names mentioned below in order to proceed for your hotel reservations and please make sure that your mention ECREA 2012 in order to get the promotional price. All the hotels listed below are very centrally located and based in the area close to Taksim Square, the main transport hub of the city. Bus shuttles from both Istanbul Atatürk and Sabiha Gökçen Airport have their terminal few hundreds meters away from them. The area has also a wide choice of bars, restaurants, as well as cultural opportunities and shopping centers. The historical area of Sultanahmet can also be reached easily via a 10/15 minutes ride with either a tram or a taxi.

Shuttle bus services to the conference venues will also be available from Taksim Square.

Finally, the price of the rooms are available for bookings done for the period 24 October to 27 October 2012. All other dates are upon request and subject to hotels' availability. Due to limited room availability in the hotels, rooms will be allocated on a first come - first served basis.
